The race

I never knew I could do it, less finishing it at a considerably good timing for myself. 5h 35mins for 42km for a first timer and possibly the last. The last 10km was really trying and draining, for every km seems further than usual, intensified by the glaring sun. Initially, I wanted to stop at the turning point at 21km, but just kept on running till I had my first voluntary stop at 30km. The rest of the marathon is like a never-ending journey.

What's most satisfying is I dint let myself down, and those that believe in me down.
It's a milestone in my life.
